Deaf River Heights swimmer competing in Texas
University of Manitoba Bison swimmer and River Heights resident Thomas Osborn is diving into the World Deaf Swimming Championship this week in San Antonio, Texas.
The 19-year-old has been preparing to compete at the 27-country championship for the better part of a year and is hoping to break some personal bests and possibly bring home some hardware.
