Osborn on his way to another personal best in the 50 back

In intense back-to-back men's events, Thomas Osborn swam to 7th in the World with 2 more personal best times in both the 50 metre backstroke and the 100 metre fly. Osborn was the only swimmer at the meet to final and swim in both events. Osborn recorded a time of 28.85 in the 50 metre back and 1:00.49 in the 100 metre fly.

Team Canada improved on their seeded time in the 4 x 100 medley relay finishing fifth with a 4:19.25.
